Use of image (optional) Please check here to allow us to use your image (photo, video or recording) to promote “Join the Band”. Join the Band uses these images for (but not limited to) our brochures, website, flyers, press releases etc… We will notify you if we plan to use your image ahead of time.

* I understand that Join the Band rehearsals cannot be rescheduled and classes are not prorated if I miss a rehearsal or sign up late. Rehearsals are only reschedule due to teacher absence or if your rehearsal falls on a major holiday. We do not close for “bank holidays” except Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. Other days we may reschedule include Halloween, and any religious observance that a majority of the band cannot make. Please let us know at the beginning of a session if you have any scheduling issues due to a religious observance. We will do our best to accommodate.
