JUNE 20th

  • SONGWRITING CAMP - Song forms, lyric writing, popular chord progressions, melody writing.
  • LED ZEPPELIN CAMP- Evening camp 6-10p for teens and adults. Let's get the Led out!. One of the most influential bands to come out of the late 60's and 70's. Play their tunes and discover how they developed their music. Listen and play the music of their peers to fully understand the depth of their music.
  • INTRO TO GUITAR AND PIANO WEEK - Intro to guitar and/or piano.
 

JUNE 27th

  • BEATLE CAMPS - Beatles all day. Learn popular songs from one of the most influential bands in rock n roll history
  • JUNIOR JAM BAND CAMP- Play popular songs, intro to different music styles intro to band performance.
  • INTRO TO GUITAR AND PIANO WEEK- Intro to guitar and/or piano.

JULY 5th ( 4 day camps)

  • BUILD A GUITAR WEEK-In this class you will build a real electric guitar! You will install the pickups, a fretboard, tuners and bridge. After the camp you will have your own custom guitar to keep and play. Classes run two hours a day. Tuition is $375 and includes your guitar
  • GUITAR CHOPS WEEK - This fun guitar camp will focus on making you a chops monster on guitar. You will learn scales, picking techniques, and gutiar solo techniques and tricks. You will also learn about using amplifiers to get the right tone out of your guitar. .

JULY 11th

  • MUSE WEEK - Get into the sound of Muse. This diverse band changed the sonic landscape of modern rock music. Learn their songs and get in deep with the bands history and influences.
  • VOCAL PERFORMANCE WEEK - This fun camp will focus on vocal performance. You will sing your favorite songs, learn vocal harmony techniques, sing in a choir, and work on stage presence

JULY 18th

  • SONGWRITING CAMP - Song forms, lyric writing, popular chord progressions, melody writing.

JULY 25th

  • METAL MANIA CAMP - We start with the early days of metal and work into the current bands. Focus is on common metal rhythms, song forms and performance. Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Van Halen and more!

 

AUGUST 1st

  • SONGWRITING CAMP - Song forms, lyric writing, popular chord progressions, melody writing.
  • JAZZ BAND CAMP - Intro to intermedate level Jazz techniques. Rhythms, common standards, blues and improvisations. Great camp to prep students for their school jazz band programs.

AUGUST 8th

  • GREEN DAY CAMP WEEK - Get into these pop punk rockers. History of the band from the early "punk days" to the current "rock opera" themed CDs. Focus is on performance and understanding song form.

AUGUST 15th

  • SONGWRITING CAMP - Song forms, lyric writing, popular chord progressions, melody writing.

AUGUST 22nd

  • RECORDING SESSION CAMP - Camp emphasis is an in-depth look at the recording process using Pro Tools and/or Logic. From setting up a session to mixing students will go through every aspect of a daily session.Students will get hands-on recording, mixing, and editing experience in the studio.
