Trent StrohJoanne brings a high level of professionalism to our Join the Band teaching staff. A dedicated teacher she understands the importance of fundamentals in coaching her students. Her enthusiasm towards her students is very genuine as you will see her at all of our Join the Band concerts supporting her students.

Joanne recently was awarded a Platinum Record for singing backing vocals on the two time Grammy winner, rock smash, Evanescence, "Fallen". She obtained her Bachelors Degree from the Boston Conservatory of Music with a major in classical piano and now is now recognized as a recording artist and producer, having participated in over twenty releases.

"Romancing The Heart", a collection of Joanne's romantic piano solos, received a four star review in the international soundtrack trade, Music From The Movies, UK. As keyboardist for Windham Hill's "Angels Of Venice", Joanne appears on several releases and also toured with Windham Hill's prestigious "Winter Solstice" tour appearing with Liz Story and David Arkenstone. Joanne has also produced several classical piano releases for Four Winds Records.

Joanne owns and operates Artist Promotion, an independent radio promotions and artist relations company, representing such luminaries as film composer Lalo Schifrin, a two time Grammy nominee and composer of the classic theme "Mission Impossible".

She has also been a guest lecturer at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Joanne spoke on the topic of Music, record production, promotions and the "ins and outs" of the music business.
